Most clients are up and running within 5 to 7 days after the initial onboarding call.
How do I know if I need an EA or a PA?
An EA handles business operations; a MadePA handles personal/lifestyle management. An EA helps you run your business better, while a PA helps simplify your personal life.
What if I need both Executive Assistance and Personal Assistance?
Many leaders benefit from having both. Executive Assistance focuses on business operations, executive workflows, communication management, strategic coordination, and professional support. Personal Assistance focuses on lifestyle management, personal logistics, scheduling, travel, household coordination, and day-to-day personal responsibilities. Can't my EA just handle personal tasks too?

No. There is no minimum contract length. You can withdraw at any time.

All EAs sign nondisclosure agreements. Access is controlled, systems are secured, and privacy standards are reinforced continuously.
What if my EA becomes unavailable due to power or internet issues?
Our EAs are required to have backup power and connectivity plans. MadeEA provides oversight to ensure reliability and continuity.
What equipment does my EA use?
All MadeEA EAs are required to have a professional home office setup. This includes computer, headset, stable internet, and quiet environment.
What if there are equipment or connectivity issues?
Our EAs have contingency plans in place, including alternative internet options. If an issue arises, MadeEA steps in immediately.
What does onboarding look like?
